You will immediately receive a download link via email — simply download your poster right away.
Make sure you selected "Fit to page" instead of "Actual size" under your printing options, otherwise the map may be cropped due to large file dimensions.
Starting from the day of your purchase you have 30 days to download the files. After 30 days the link will no longer work. If you still need your files, contact us with your order email and we will send you new links.
We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express — as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, all processed securely through Paddle. All transactions are encrypted. We never store your payment details.
We use high-resolution PNG files at up to 300 DPI resolution — ready to print with great detail at any size.
After your purchase you will receive an email with a download link to your custom map poster as a high-resolution PNG file (up to 300 DPI). The file is print-ready — just take it to any print shop or print it at home. The same file works for all standard poster sizes.
For fantastic results, visit your local print shop — find one via Google Maps — or upload your file to an online printing service and have it delivered to your door. Services like Printful, Gelato, or Canva Print work great.
It depends on the size you choose to print. Our posters are available in standard sizes that match off-the-shelf frames. Popular choices are 18×24" (45×60 cm), 24×36" (60×90 cm), and 50×70 cm. We recommend purchasing the frame after printing so you can match the exact dimensions. IKEA frames are a great affordable option for EU standard sizes.
Refunds are not available for digital products once the file has been downloaded. We can offer a refund only in exceptional cases within 14 days if:
• You haven't downloaded the digital file yet.
• You notice unsatisfactory quality.
• The digital file isn't as described.
In that case, contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
