Can you ship a physical wall poster and frame to my address?
No, we are only offering digital products that you can print at home or at your local print shop as many times as you need.

It is because we truly believe in a sustainable and green business model. When it comes to printing wall posters, it is the best and cleanest practice. Here is why:

How long does it take to receive digital files after purchase?
You will immediately receive a download link via email — simply download your poster right away.
When printing at home the map turns out blank or cropped?
Make sure you selected "Fit to page" instead of "Actual size" under your printing options, otherwise the map may be cropped due to large file dimensions.
How long will download links work?
Starting from the day of your purchase you have 7 days to download the files. After 7 days the link will no longer work. If you still need your files, contact us with your order email and we will send you new links.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express — processed securely through Stripe. All transactions are encrypted. We never store your payment details.
I can't find my city — can you create custom maps?
Yes, we can. Contact us with the desired city location and we will send you a custom invoice. Please allow up to 2 days for delivery since each city map is uniquely made.
What file format will I receive?
We use high-resolution PNG files at 300 DPI resolution — ready to print with great detail at any size.
What exactly will I receive after purchase?
After your purchase you will receive an email with a download link to your custom map poster as a high-resolution PNG file (300 DPI). The file is print-ready — just take it to any print shop or print it at home. The same file works for all standard poster sizes.
What are my options if I don't have a printer at home?
For fantastic results, visit your local print shop — find one via Google Maps — or upload your file to an online printing service and have it delivered to your door. Services like Printful, Gelato, or Canva Print work great.
What frame dimensions do I need after printing?
It depends on the size you choose to print. Our posters are available in standard sizes that match off-the-shelf frames. Popular choices are 18×24" (45×60 cm), 24×36" (60×90 cm), and 50×70 cm. We recommend purchasing the frame after printing so you can match the exact dimensions. IKEA frames are a great affordable option for EU standard sizes.
How can I cancel or change my order?
Refunds are not available for digital products once the file has been downloaded. We can offer a refund only in exceptional cases within 7 days if:
• You haven't downloaded the digital file yet.
• You notice unsatisfactory quality.
• The digital file isn't as described.
In that case, contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
